Eine Kombination aus Bienenstichkruste, cremig-fruchtiger K\u00e4sekuchenf\u00fcllung und einem M\u00fcrbeteig-Boden. Alles in allem ist das eine wahnsinnig leckere Zusammenf\u00fchrung drei verschiedener Komponenten,  die perfekt miteinander harmonieren. Die knusprige Kruste ist das Highlight auf der wenig s\u00fc\u00dfen F\u00fcllung. Etwas Aprikosensaft und die dazugeh\u00f6rigen Fr\u00fcchte passen gut dazu. Es k\u00f6nnen gerne auch andere Obstsorten verwendet werden. Dort muss er eine halbe Stunde ruhen. Die Aprikosen gut abtropfen lassen und mit einem K\u00fcchenpapier abtrocknen. F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung werden Butter, Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig geschlagen. Die Eier einr\u00fchren und das Puddingpulver dazu geben. Das \u00fcbrige Drittel zu einer Rolle formen und am Rand hochziehen.<br>Den Backofen auf 175 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze einschalten. <br>Die Aprikosen auf dem Boden anrichten und die Quarkmasse darauf verteilen. Die Mandeln zugeben und nochmals kurz aufkochen. Dann ist er fertig und darf langsam im leicht ge\u00f6ffneten Ofen ausk\u00fchlen.<br>Vor dem Anschneiden muss der Kuchen vollst\u00e4ndig ausgek\u00fchlt sein.
