Zum Nachmittags-Kaffee oder als Snack bei einer Wanderung sind sie gut geeignet. Die Quarkf\u00fcllung erinnert etwas an K\u00e4sekuchen und die Aprikosen sorgen f\u00fcr fruchtige Frische. Alles in allem eine tolle Kombination, die nicht nur optisch etwas her macht. Mit einem Tuch abdecken und 5 Minuten stehen lassen. Das Eigelb wird danach einger\u00fchrt. Mehl und Salz dazugeben und daraus den Teig kneten. Die weiche Butter kommt dazu, wenn das Mehl fast vollst\u00e4ndig eingearbeitet ist. Den Teig ungef\u00e4hr 5 Minuten weiterkneten, bevor er abgedeckt an einem warmen Ort gehen muss. Die Teigst\u00fccke zu Kugeln schleifen und dann zu einem ovalen&nbsp; Fladen plattdr\u00fccken. Hierf\u00fcr werden alle Zutaten, au\u00dfer den Aprikosen, miteinander verr\u00fchrt. 8 Aprikosen mit einem K\u00fcchenpapier abtrocknen und bereitlegen. Je 2 geh\u00e4ufte Essl\u00f6ffel der Quarkmasse in den Mulden verteilen und glatt streichen. Dann die Aprikosenh\u00e4lften wie auf dem Foto aufsetzen. Der Teigrand soll nur leicht Farbe annehmen, die Quarkmasse soll hell bleiben. Anschlie\u00dfend auf einem Kuchengitter ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
