Die Zubereitung geht schnell von der Hand und der Backofen darf ausbleiben, denn der Boden wird aus zerkleinerten L\u00f6ffelbiskuits hergestellt. Die Creme ist mit einem hohen Anteil an Quark nicht so m\u00e4chtig, wie sie vielleicht aussieht. Der Geschmack und die Stabilit\u00e4t der Creme wird durch die Zugaben von G\u00f6tterspeisepulver erreicht. Der Waldmeistergeschmack passt vor allem in den Fr\u00fchling und ist sehr erfrischend. Quark mit den \u00fcbrigen 100 g Zucker und Zitronenabrieb verr\u00fchren. Drei Essl\u00f6ffel der Creme in die G\u00f6tterspeise einr\u00fchren und diese Mischung z\u00fcgig unter die \u00fcbrige Quarkmasse r\u00fchren.
