Sie sind au\u00dfen knuspriger, als die vom B\u00e4cker und weniger s\u00fc\u00df. Am besten schmecken sie ganz frisch. Dort hinein kommt die H\u00e4lfte der lauwarmen Milch. Die Hefe in die Milch br\u00f6seln und durch r\u00fchren aufl\u00f6sen. Die Sch\u00fcssel mit einem sauberen Tuch abdecken und 15 Minuten stehen lassen. Die Hefe beginnt jetzt zu arbeiten und sollte sch\u00e4umen, wenn ihr das Handtuch abnehmt. Mit dem Knethaken den Sch\u00fcsselinhalt kurz vermengen und alle anderen Zutaten nacheinander dazugeben. Die Sch\u00fcssel vom Wasserbad nehmen und den Rest der gehackten Schokolade sowie das Kokosfett dazugeben und durch stetiges R\u00fchren darin schmelzen. Die Donuts dann zur H\u00e4lfte in die Glasur tunken, umdrehen und beliebig dekorieren.
